Incremental Fasting Windows
Your incremental fasting window starts after your last meal of the day. A good rule of thumb is to finish your last meal or snack 2 to 3 hours before going to bed.
So, if are a Body Type 1 and you finish your last meal at 7:00 p.m., your fasting window will close at 9:00 a.m. the next morning if you choose a 14-hour window.
While you refrain from eating during your fasting window, you should drink nourishing fluids, particularly when you get up in the morning.
